Adah Sharma’s upcoming film ‘The Kerala Story’ is out and already creating a buzz on social media. The movie is produced by Vipul Amrutlal Shah under the banner ‘Sunshine Pictures’ and directed by Sudipto Sen.
The Kerala Story Trailer Out:
The trailer of the film is released on Sunshine Pictures YouTube channel with the caption “A spine-chilling, never told before true story – revealing a dangerous conspiracy that has been hatched against India. It is a compilation of the true stories of three young girls from different parts of Kerala. The Truth Shall set us free! Thousands of Innocent women have been systematically converted, radicalized & their lives destroyed. It’s their side of the story.”
The story revolves around a Hindu woman Shalini Unnikrishnan from Kerala who ends up joining a terror outfit. The trailer starts with Adah Sharma aka Shalini Unnikrishnan being questioned by the police about when she joined ISIS. Further, the trailer shows her friendship with three other women. We can see glimpses of Adah Sharma being trapped, converted and ending up joining ISIS- a terror outfit. The makers claim that we will witness the lives of innocent girls trapped in the name of love, converted for marriage, and later trafficked for terror.

Sharing the trailer, Adah Sharma captioned the post “The Truth Shall set us free! Thousands of Innocent women have been systematically converted, radicalized & their lives destroyed. It’s their side of the story”.
The film will be released in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam. The background music is taken care of by Viresh Sreevalsa and Bishakh Jyoti. It is scheduled for release on 5th May 2023.
