Vivek Agnihotri claims that the entire industry has boycotted him. Recently, in a chat with veteran filmmaker Sudhir Mishra on YouTube, he spoke about many topics including the Boycott Bollywood trend, Anurag Kashyap, and much more. He has come out with a sensational claim that the entire industry has boycotted him.
Vivek Agnihotri About Bollywood Boycotting Him:
Vivek said that no one is questioning Bollywood these days except for him and Kangana Ranaut. He quoted, “Bollywood ko kisne question kiya 4-5 saalo mein? Except for Kangana and me?” Today, we’ll look at Vivek’s claim about his getting boycotted by the industry.
On the “I Am Buddha” YouTube channel, Sudhir Mishra and Vivek Agnihotri’s podcast has been posted. Vivek confided to Mishra, “I have been completely ostracized in this industry. I have found comfort in middle-class individuals. The housewives also reported having problems with this excessive exposure and obscene exhibition of physical attitude when I spoke with them. The fact that films don’t address the genuine issues irritates people.
Actress Kangana Ranaut has tweeted frequently about the film industry. Kangana recently remarked, “Film industry is so crass and crude that whenever they want to project success of any endeavor/creation/art they throw flashing currency digits in your face, as if art has no other purpose. it exposes their lowly standards and the kind of deprived lives they live.”
Further pointing out the lack of relatability in contemporary Bollywood films, Vivek Agnihotri. “Student of the Year” and other films, he added, “just look at the youth in those films and the youth on the country’s roads; you won’t find the youth shown in the films.” I immediately related to Deewar when I watched it. I looked at Amitabh Bachchan and thought, “Oh, I also have this problem. Today, however, relatability does not exist.”
