On the work front, Sreemukhi last featured in the Babu Baga Busy in which she played the lead role. This film was released in theatres in 2017. But after this, she appeared on the small screen as a guest in Bigg Boss Telugu in 2020. She will be next seen in Crazy Uncles, a Telugu film which will be released soon.
